Orders

If you’ve gotten an order confirmation for a delivery you’d like to delay, we can cancel or postpone it, provided the order hasn’t been processed yet. Once it’s processed, we won’t be able to cancel it.

If you receive an order you don’t want, you can return it for a refund as long as your item is unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@go-protein.com, and we’ll assist you with the process.

In the unlikely event you receive a wrong or missing item with your order, please contact our customer support team at info@go-protein.com and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Once you've sent back your item, delivery times back to our warehouse can vary. Once we have received your returned item, we will process the refund. You will then receive an email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund. Once processed, your refund can take 5 days to appear in your account, once released by your bank.

Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with your shipping tracking number.

Orders will generally be shipped within 1-3 days. however, orders placed on weekends, during promotions, or around holidays may require additional processing time due to higher order volumes and potential shipping carrier delays. Our team is committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, even during busy periods. We thank you for your patience! Deliveries in the majority of Canada are free for orders over $99. For any order falling under the minimum amount required, we charge a shipping fee of $10.95, $12.95 or $19.95 depending on the area. *See Section 12 our the Terms & Conditions.

Typically, delivery can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll have the ability to track your order in real time as it travels to you. Additionally, you can choose to receive text message alerts that keep you updated on your order's processing, shipping, and delivery status.

Our shipping carriers do not require a signature for delivery of your order. If the delivery location is secure or you’ve provided specific instructions, the package will be left at that spot. If you think it’s better not to have it delivered to your home when you're away, we suggest sending it to another location.
